Web Site Maintenance

Neotrope offers full support for clients who do not have in-house staff available to update and manage their Web site and/or e-commerce content. Even if we don't design or host your site, we can provide world-class support services for almost any kind of Web presence*.
Typical content/maintenance needs can include:
- Set-up and modify staff e-mail accounts
- Create password protected directories
- Convert monthly site-stats (visitor traffic) to PDF for internal use
- Update news and employment pages, and other content revisions
- Update/create META tags
- Convert photos and other content to Web-ready graphics for Web site
- Convert product sheets and digital documents to PDF
- Update e-newsletter mailing list systems, do customer mail-outs
- Add products and images to, and update pricing in, e-commerce system
- Update advertising banner management systems for your advertisers
- Implement content management systems and install cgi-scripts**
Typical site contract maintenance pricing (Tier-1) starts at $50/hour with a monthly minimum of three hours. For as-needed (Tier-2) support, pricing is $65/hour.

Managed Neotrope Hosting Site Support

For Neotrope Hosting customers we offer maintenance contracts to manage almost anything you require to update and maintain your Web presence, including the examples shown above. This support is billed monthly along with your hosting plan renewal (which is billed in three month increments). Starting at $45 per month for one hour of maintenance (Tier-1), or up to four hours per month at $160. Unused time rolls over to following month(s), but is not refundable on account close, and can only be applied to the hosting account contracted to maintain.

Notes: "Tier-1" refers to priority level support — meaning projects which are first to be scheduled on a daily basis. Tier-2 refers to projects that are treated as "when time is available" basis in schedule, which may be next day.
Neotrope accepts all major credit cards for Web maintenance and hosting services.
*Note: We are unable to provide maintenance (at this time) for certain Web sites that are built using custom or proprietary solutions including Microsoft ASP, Cold Fusion, or "flattened" Flash-based sites without the original media (uncompressed audio/video and timeline) files available.
**Note: Some complex e-commerce scripts and other system installations are normally billed at minimum of $100-$125/hr. For our clients under a site maintenance plan, certain complex hourly work would be considered two (2) hours of maintenance plan time.
